Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you are involved in drawing up the Work Breakdown Structure for new projects. You will also be creating the Project Initiation Document when a project starts and you will be involved in defining the Business Requirements documentation that forms an important basis for the further project. You play an important role in managing customer expectations. And you provide control and the specifics to the implementation work within the project. This, naturally, while performing the usual project management activities such as creating progress reports and performing risks analyses. Upon successful delivery, you will take charge of concluding and transferring the project to the organisation both internally within Esize and at the customer.

Profile
Our perfect candidate has completed a higher professional or university education and has more than 5 years work experience in the area of consultancy, procurement and/or logistics. You are an enterprising team player and a result-focused thinker and doer with a sense of proportion. You have strongly developed analytical skills, good communication and social skills and you listen carefully. You have experience in the management of medium-sized projects (200-500 man-days effort) and the implementation of ERP and/or CRM systems. You are currently completing or are in possession of Project Management certification such as PMP or Prince2. You can advise customers in the best possible manner about IT solutions.
